Service Agreements and Estimates

Free Estimates:

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days
  • Estimates become binding contracts when you accept our proposal
  • Final costs may change if we discover hidden hazards or additional work needed
  • Emergency storm cleanup may require immediate service agreements

Service Scheduling:

  • We schedule services based on weather conditions and crew availability
  • You must provide safe access to your property for our equipment
  • You are responsible for marking underground utilities before we begin work
  • We may reschedule services due to weather or safety concerns

Payment Terms

Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • Large projects may require deposits or progress payments
  • Returned checks incur a $35 fee

Pricing:

  • All prices include cleanup and debris removal
  • Additional charges apply for hazardous conditions or extra services
  • Emergency services may include premium rates for after-hours work

Property Access and Safety

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe access to work areas for our crews and equipment
  • Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Mark sprinkler systems, utilities, and fragile landscaping
  • Notify neighbors of scheduled tree work when appropriate

Our Responsibilities:

  • Use professional equipment and spurless climbing techniques
  • Protect your property with tarps and protective materials
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and industry standards
  • Carry full liability insurance and workers compensation
  • Clean up all debris and restore work areas

Limitations and Warranties

Service Limitations:

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for living trees
  • Weather conditions may affect service scheduling and results
  • Some tree conditions may require specialized treatment or removal
  • We reserve the right to refuse dangerous or illegal work

Warranty:

  • We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from service completion
  • Warranty covers defects in our work but not natural tree conditions
  • Living trees may respond differently to pruning and care
  • Storm damage and acts of nature are not covered by warranty

Insurance and Liability

Our Insurance:

  • We carry comprehensive liability insurance for all tree services
  • Workers compensation covers all crew members
  • Property damage caused by our negligence is covered by our insurance
  • We provide insurance certificates upon request

Liability Limits:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not responsible for damage from hidden defects or underground utilities
  • Customer must report any damage within 48 hours of service completion
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancel scheduled services at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency services cannot be cancelled once crews are dispatched
  • Deposits may be retained for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

Weather Cancellations:

  • We may cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions
  • Storm cleanup services continue in appropriate weather conditions
  • Rescheduling due to weather does not affect agreed pricing

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Asheboro Tree Service. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Problem Resolution:

  • Contact us immediately if you have concerns about our services
  • We will work with you to resolve issues fairly and promptly
  • Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication

Legal Matters:

  • These terms are governed by North Carolina state law
  • Any legal disputes will be resolved in Randolph County, North Carolina
  • You agree to binding arbitration for disputes over $1,000
